This institution is bounded by the rules and objectives of the ‘Jayashali Educational Trust’ which is Registered Under Govt. Regd BK IV 27/2023, for Religious institution and to offer theological studies for Christians by the name and style of theological college as ‘The Bible Open University India International’ from the year 2002, it is only for Bible Education but not for secular studies which were mentioned in University Grants Commission Act of 1956 and it is founded by its President Sri P.D. Sundara Rao, which set forth including the power of conferring upon the students of the said Theological studies of rank and honor according to their proficiency in Bible Theology.
It is settled Law Under Articles 25, 26, and 28 in the Constitution of India 1949:
25. Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice, and propagation of religion
(1) Subject to public order, morality, and health and the other provisions of this Part, all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right freely to profess, practice, and propagate religion
(2) Nothing in this article shall affect the operation of any existing law or prevent the State from making any law (a) Regulating or restricting any economic, financial, political, or other secular activity which may be associated with religious practice;
26. Freedom to manage religious affairs Subject to public order, morality, and health, every religious denomination or any section thereof shall have the right
(a) to establish and maintain institutions for religious and charitable purposes;
(b) to manage its affairs in matters of religion;
(c) to own and acquire movable and immovable property; and
(d) to administer such property in accordance with the law.
28. Freedom as to attendance at religious instruction or religious worship in certain educational institutions
(1) No religious instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly maintained out of State funds
(2) Nothing in clause ( 1 ) shall apply to an educational institution that is administered by the State but has been established under any endowment or trust which requires that religious instruction shall be imparted in such institution.
Articles 25, 26, and 28 in the Constitution of India have provided the rights and immunities granted to run the Bible Open University India International by the Jayashali Educational Society.

So our goal is to educate more and more disciples to spread the Word of God as Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
Our Vision
The prayer which was made by our Savior 1989 years ago was not heeded- I am not asking on behalf of them alone, but also on behalf of those who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be ONE, as You, Father, are in Me, and I am in You. May they also be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me. (John 17:21) The influence of Satan’s teachings when we look at the various denominations, all of which swear by one Father, one Jesus, and one word? Satan has been able to spread his kingdom and scatter our unity. The servants of God, though cautious were not very successful. Christians hold a large number among theists, claiming that they know God. But the question is, have they (Christians) known or understood God? If “Yes” is the answer, why are they divided into thousands of groups and fellowships? Why is ONE DOCTRINE not seen among them? It shows that they have not comprehended the Bible and God in it properly. So we strongly believe that Christians should be united by accepting the one doctrine proclaimed by God, Jesus, and Holyspirit.
